Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs have increased while we continue to fulfil and ship orders via UPS during the Canada Post strike. Your order should arrive within 1-3 business days. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at info@kismetquilts.com 

We currently offer curb-side pickup, local delivery within 15km, or standard shipping via Canada Post. Select your preferred option in your cart before beginning your checkout process. Note: For local delivery, please select curbside pickup at checkout and follow the instructions in your order confirmation email for local delivery.  

Domestic 
All shipping is via Canada Post Regular Parcel mail. Most packages arrive between 3-5 days after they have shipped. Please refer to Canada Post for estimated delivery times.


Orders typically ship within 1-2 days and most within 24 hours. Orders are shipped every day except Sunday and statutory holidays.

Shipping Rates

United States
Orders shipping to the United States are a flat $50* fee and are shipped via Canadian/Us postal service.

International

*Please note: If your order ends up being cccraaaazzzy heavy or huge additional charges may apply. We will contact you before shipping if this is the case.

Returns Policy

The following items are non-refundable:

• Publications (books, magazines, and other printed materials)
• Patterns
• Cut Fabric
• Sale Items

All other items are can be returned as long as they are still unused in their original packaging. Proof of purchase must accompany any return request. 
A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for online returns. Please contact us at info@kismetquilts.com or 250-723-6605 to discuss any returns.
