Our large rent increase was the last straw. We have taken a number of hits -Covid and the slow recovery, our incapacitated long arm, dramatically rising cost of goods, highway closure, port strike and supply chain disruptions, and the poor and rapidly worsening currency exchange rate - but the rent increase was a challenge we cannot meet.

We don't know yet. We are considering all options and configurations as we find our way forward.
